1. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund only if you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been stored in refrigerated conditions (at 4°C) upon delivery and within the 24-hour period.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

3. Refund Process
If you meet the above criteria and would like to request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@suuperdrinks.com. We will review your case and process the refund accordingly. You may choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

  • An equivalent in store credits, which can be used on your next purchase.

4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if the product has not been stored in the recommended refrigerated conditions or if the request is made after the 24-hour period.

5. Processing Time
Once your refund or store credit request is approved, we will process it promptly. Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
